These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ok et platform. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering or continuing to use ok et, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You may not create an account on behalf of another person, and you may not hold more than one active account on the platform at any time.

4. User Obligations and Responsibilities

- Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity

Any violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice. ok et cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of suspected illegal activity.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All financial transactions on ok et are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits must be made through the payment methods available in the platform cashier. ok et does not accept cash payments or transfers from third-party accounts not registered under your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. ok et reserves the right to apply processing times based on the payment method selected. Any fees associated with specific payment channels are the responsibility of the user unless otherwise stated on the platform.
ok et is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment processors. In cases where a transaction is flagged for review, ok et may temporarily hold funds while the matter is investigated. Users must not initiate chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting ok et support.
6. Limitation of Liability
ok et provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok et and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from wagering outcomes
- Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or third-party outages
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure login credentials
- Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunction, subject to the platform's dispute resolution process
Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
ok et reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or involvement in prohibited activity. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ok et will communicate the reason to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting ok et support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts under investigation may have withdrawals placed on hold until the matter is resolved.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ok et platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, and written materials — is the property of ok et or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of ok et. Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute a violation of intellectual property law.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The ok et platform may contain references or links to third-party services, including payment processors and game content providers. ok et does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party service. Access to third-party platforms is at your own risk, and you should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you engage with.
ok et is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your interaction with third-party services accessed through or in connection with the platform.
10. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
ok et may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Where changes are material, ok et will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of ok et that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team may be subject to applicable legal processes under Philippine jurisdiction.
